If you want the collaboration functionality, then you can either self host AppFlowy cloud, or use our server

On appflowy.com, do you see the latest update? Or is it an older update, similar to one of the devices?

Does this happen to other workspaces as well?

If appflowy.com shows outdated document, the most probable reason is that your client has saved your changes locally but never successfully sent them to server

And does the Mac client see the same document, just that the content is not updated, or the folder layout are completely different?

So just to confirm, even appflowy.com shows the outdated document?

<@1313822409454780470> <@414127289438175232> while we're working on improving these bits, if your document contents are not refreshing automatically between devices, you can try to switch to different doc and then back again to the one causing problems

Can you sign in on appflowy.com and see whether the data is displayed properly? If it shows there, it means the backend has that piece of data while the frontend may require a refresh through re-entering the page / restarting the app

Will do. I already re-started both clients, switched workspaces, and spaces. None of that did the trick. I'll report back in a bit

Can you try switching spaces on the device which doesn't show the document you were looking for? If it doesn't work, we will take a closer look to investigate

I created and edited a document on one computer, but I can't see it on the other. Do I need to do anything? Both computers are logged into the Google account.🧐

Could you please be more specific on what kind of data is not synced? For example, it can be a row in a database, an image in a doc, etc,

Thank you for your reply. I have logged into the Google account on both computers, but the data is not shared. Do I need any additional settings?

Hi, <@270961445804572673>. We're working on sync improvements and plan to show a sync indicator to display the current sync progress of the page. Thanks for reporting
